On April 11, 2014 Comcast, Time Warner, and Bright House jointly filed an Application with the CPUC for transfer of control of Time Warner and Bright House Networks to Comcast.
On March 23, 2015, Frontier Communications, Verizon, and Newco West Holdings filed an Application with the CPUC requesting approval for the sale and transfer of Verizon California to Frontier.
Joint Applicants submitted an Application with the CPUC requesting for Charter Communications, Time Warner, and Bright House Networks to merge into new company New Charter, which will affect millions of customers.
